QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

In this role you work closely with other QA Engineers, Business Analysts and Developers to plan, write and execute automated and manual tests (e.g. functional, usability, regression, integration, end-to-end, performance) and validate acceptance criteria.

Your responsibilities

• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers
• Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules or potential problems
• Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
• Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems or network environments
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality
• Update automated test scripts to ensure that they are up-to-date
• Maintain database of known test defects and investigate customer problems referred by technical support
• Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs or code segments to determine breakdown source

Your profile, skills and experience

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in software testing (manual and / or automated)
• Experience with multiple types of testing and knowledge of client-server architecture
• Experience with API test automation and with UI automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Selenium)
• Knowledge of bug tracking and test management systems (e.g. Jira or others)
• Knowledge of modern SDLC and experience working in Agile methodologies
• Excellent analysis, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills, creative thinker and detail-oriented
• Clear understanding of time management, ability to produce high quality work within set deadlines
• Enthusiastic to work in a flexible and team-oriented environment, proactive with a focus on getting things done
• Fluent written and spoken English, any additional language is a plus

JUNIOR/MEDIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS

In this role you work together with us on our breakthrough enterprise system for the insurance industry, using the .NET technology stack and related tools. This role is ideal for new graduates (junior) looking to expand their IT knowledge and experience or developers with up to 4 years of experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintenance of existing software by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
• Integrate existing software products and get incompatible platforms to work together
• Create technical specifications
• Write operational documentation with technical authors
• Maintain software systems by monitoring and correcting software defects
• Work closely with other staff, such as project managers, Scrum masters, QA engineers…
• Consult clients concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems
• Investigate new technologies

Your profile, skills and experience:

• Strong understanding of OOP
• Experience in working with .Net, .Net Core and C#
• Experience in working with ASP.Net MVC & Web API
• Experience with relational databases and TSQL

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) is desirable

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

In this role you work together with us on our breakthrough enterprise system for the insurance industry, using the .NET technology stack and related tools. You liaise with other Developers to supervise, plan, write and execute automated and manual tests (e.g. functional, usability, regression, integration, end-to-end, performance) and validate acceptance criteria. You are prepared to lead and are willing to take on and develop the responsibility associated with this position.

• Evaluate, prioritize, plan and coordinate activities
• Maintenance of existing software by analyzing and identifying areas for modification

Your profile, skills and experience:

• 4+ years of experience with .NET framework
• Strong understanding of OOP and strong experience in working with .Net and C#
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development methodologies
• Strong experience in working with ASP.Net MVC & Web API
• Experience with HTML and CSS (Bootstrap, Sass)
• Experience with MS Azure and in web services integration
• Understanding of software architecture and designing of systems at enterprise level
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Strong experience with JS & JS frameworks (Angular2+ or Vue.js), IdentityServer, SSO and Docker, SaaS solutions development and microservices is a plus
• Ability to think through complex problems and find solutions in collaboration with other team members
• Enthusiastic to work in a flexible and team-oriented environment
• Communicative, proactive and open-minded
